A New Church for Mid-City Baton Rouge

Almost 20 years ago, while in the Home of Grace for heroin addiction, God spoke to me. In an instant I knew I was called to be a "Bridge of Hope" for others — and I've never looked back. That calling helped restore my marriage (24 years!), raise 4 kids who love Jesus, and guide countless others to freedom in Christ while on staff at a great church in Slidell, LA.

Mid-City Baton Rouge is home to 30,000 people packed into just 3.5 square miles — artists, entrepreneurs, young families, and locals enjoying life on Government St. But just beneath the surface are over 1,100 homeless teenagers, thousands trapped in addiction or mental health crises, and half the population going through life without direction or hope in Christ.

This is why Jenn and I are planting Bridges — to help everyone we meet get from where they are to where God wants them to be.
